Promoter Responsibilities

Maintenance Funds All maintenance money collected from flat owners must be handed over to the association.
Maintenance Expenses Complete details of maintenance expenditure until association formation must be disclosed.
Commercial Property Promoter must disclose the owner of the commercial space (Decathlon).
Maintenance From Decathlon Amount collected from Decathlon for maintenance must be disclosed.
Association Membership Clarify whether Decathlon will be part of the building association.
Parking Possession Parking possession documents must be handed over to the association.

Formation of Association

  • Meeting of all flat owners

Minimum Agenda
